CHIVALRY is an independent Los Angeles based venue operator and event producer curating year-round live entertainment at several of Southern California's most culturally significant rooms, including Catch One, El Cid, and Don Quixote. Our venues are known for genre-diverse programming, strong community ties, and long-standing relevance in the city's music and nightlife ecosystem.

Led by owner Mitch Edelson, CHIVALRY focuses on sustainable, promoter-driven growth, original event concepts, and long-term artist and partner relationships. We operate across live music, DJ-driven events, cultural programming, and touring productions, supported by in-house marketing and production teams.
