In XXXX, FTC expanded its footprint to includeThe Loft at FTCwhich can be used as a gather place for new and accomplished musicians alike and serves as the main office for the FTC staff. Many of the rooms can be adapted, with minimal effort or capital, into more robust practice facilities which could create additional revenue streams for the organization and endear FTC to up and coming musicians.
In 2021, FTC completed a 500-person capacity outdoor venue and stage –The Lot at FTC, which opened with a series of free shows featuring many local, up-and-coming artists. This outdoor venue allowed FTC to be an important supporter of the arts, especially live music, during the Covid pandemic and expected to be a unique performance space for the community going forward. Simultaneously, FTC also invested in additional capabilities to ‘live stream’ its concerts, broadening the reach to new audiences and those that could not make the show in person.
