Metamorphic Concerts is an independent concert promoter, booking shows in clubs, theaters, and arenas. It was founded in 2017 by veteran concert promoter, Randy Henner. Promoting concerts for 30+ years, Henner held the position of Executive Vice President at Live Nation, a role she assumed after the consolidation of Delsener/Slater Ent & SFX, as well as a position with The Bowery Presents.
Contribute to Metamorphic Concerts's concert booking process by orchestrating the following key responsibilities:
Analyze tour information to determine shows to promote through thorough artist and venue research and outreach
Formulate and implement comprehensive offers, on-sale strategies, and promotional/advertising plans.
Assess and refine contracts and riders, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to contractual obligations.
Establish effective communication channels with third-party staffing, fostering collaborative partnerships and streamlined event execution.
Play a role in the overall management of business operations and office functions, overseeing all facets of concert promotion to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
An in-depth knowledge of bands
Interest in the live music industry
Familiarity with music venues
Ability to listen and follow direction
Creative self-starter with an ability to think outside the box
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills
Tech-savvy
Proficient with technology and programs including Google Suite and Microsoft 365
Comfortable updating website via Wix
Graphic Design experience (ie: Canva, Affinity, and or Photoshop)
Knowledge of "workflow apps" is a plus (ie: Discord, Trello, Slack, Airtable, etc)
Any previous experience is a plus
